Note that there are two steps down into the front bedroom and two steps up at the entrance—please take care navigating these areas. The property features a spacious backyard, perfect for outdoor activities or pets. Welcome to the Central Cottage, Abilene with great hospitality, queen beds, coffee bar and more amenities are ready for our guests. Close to HSU and nearby shops and restaurants, just 5 minutes from Downtown. Enjoy coffee in the living room, plenty of space for your furry friends, and a central location in the heart of Abilene. As a veteran owned, local small business, we offer Veteran/Military Discounts. Please note: Minimum renting age is 25 years. In order to ensure a serene stay for all our guests, smoking and parties/events are not permitted. Parking is off a busy street with DRIVEWAY- ONLY parking, and there is NO washer/dryer onsite at this time!

This house is off a busy street, and parking is limited to the driveway, two cars can fit snugly in the driveway. Two dogs allowed for a single non-refundable $139 pet fee. Max 60 lbs. Please reach out to us if you have any questions! We want to ensure you have a great stay in Abilene!
