We had an awesome stay at Pat's location. It's very close to some great restaurants in downtown Gainesville. The interior of the home was amazing, most times Air BnB's feel like they are flooded with cheap furniture just to get the job done - that was not the case here. It was very inviting and peaceful. We would love to stay again when in the area!

Me and my friends had a wonderful, fun time at this house. Pat responded to my questions very quickly. I didn't have to call about any issues because there weren't any. This was our first beachhouse being senior citizens. We went to high school together. Thank you Pat for this experience!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The home is in a fantastic location-peaceful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved spending time on the back porch and found the beds to be some of the best we've
stayed in. The house truly had everything we needed.
One of the highlights was the beautiful park nearby; it's lit up at dusk and makes for a wonderful evening walk. Pat was a very responsive host and made the process seamless. It's a very short trip to the Gainesville Square and was the perfect home base for my daughter's graduation from Free Chapel College. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The air bnb was great for the period of time we needed it. The home gave a home sweet home feeling. Everything was in order and if you needed something it was not hard to find.

This home is beautiful, and was perfect for our family of 5. the beds where very comfortable which is hard to find, these were great. fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels. even had toys for our little and plenty of games, would definitely stay here again

We had a great time here! The house itself was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was fun and the cornhole/ seating area downstairs made for the best nights. Loved that it was fenced as well. We rented a golf cart which was perfect for going down to the beach and the elevator was nice for access. The beach itself was a little crowded but that’s to be expected on a holiday weekend. Will def be back!

The house is incredibly spacious, and the environment and facilities are very well-equipped. Everything we needed was provided, which made our stay extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here and hope to have the opportunity to stay again in the future!

We came here to have a family vacation and while staying we had a family accident involving my daughter. We had a long night when it happened at the hospital and with check out being 10 am .....I explained to our host our situation and asked if it was possible to get a later check out...
they didn't even hesitate I actually ran a little longer the time agreed and they were very understanding and patient 🙏
the home was beautiful....a short walk to beach....they were very responsive and the place was just amazing over all with amazing owners. I would look for them in my future if we return .
