Unwind at relax at this stylish beach cottage just a short four minute walk to the beach! Centrally located in Crystal Beach, shops and restaurants are just a two to five minute drive away or stay home and enjoy coffee on the covered front porch listening to the sound of the waves. The trendy, spacious kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook and enjoy a meal or drinks with friends and family. We have plenty of space for up to 10 guests (recommend max 8 adults).

This house is great for a large family or two small families. ❈ Sleeps 8 in one king and 3 queen beds and up to 2 small kids on sleeper sofa ❈ This house features an elevator for use for our guests who are unable to easily climb stairs. Please notify us if you will need this so we may provide access and power to the elevator prior to your stay. INDOOR LIVING: 3 flat-screen Smart TVs, open layout, brand new furnishings KITCHEN: Kid's high-chair, fully equipped, beautiful bright counters, large kitchen w/four-place breakfast bar, plastic cups and bowls and kids cutlery, combo Keurig coffee maker (drip and K-cup), blender, Crock-Pot, toaster, basic spices, cooking basics, ice maker, dishware & flatware, whiskey (6) and wine (8) glasses. LINENS AND LAUNDRY: 1 bath towel per guest; all linens for all beds: sheets, pillows, quilts etc; kitchen towels, hand towels, washcloths, 8 beach towels Extras Provided: Four trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels per stay, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom per stay, dish soap, dishwasher fluid, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, two tide pods PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles, NO RVs) MINIMUM RENTING AGE: 25 years of age NO Smoking NO Events or parties Any rules that are not followed will constitute breach of agreement and you will be asked to leave with no refund.

WEATHER This home is located on a peninsula near the Gulf of Mexico, which experiences various weather conditions from season to season. The homeowners do not offer refunds or discounts unless a named storm threatens the area and results in a recommended or mandatory evacuation order.
